Came home after work today, after much mulling about dinner. Decided to “sacrifice” some time and check out my recipe bookmarks. I came across a tasty looking recipe for baked zucchini sticks on King Arthur Flour that sounded like a tasty way to enjoy the Sweet Onion Dip. Another wow, Wow, WOW! Love the taste, the crispy texture and that great crunch sound from the slightly dehydrated zucchini. I guarantee even picky eaters will love these! Serve them as an appetizer or as a side dish.
With all the snow, rain, and overall dreary weather the last couple
days weeks, you will need something to cheer you up. Is one million dollars enough? Sorry, Million dollars pie, I know what you’re thinking….sigh…but belive me it does taste like a million bucks.
Hiya ! hold on, stop by and Get that touch of summer and Pineapple. Pineapple Delights. The name says it all… these are simply DELIGHTFUL! I remember the first time I had this dessert. Its cool, refreshing and not overly sweet. Just perfect for a hot summer’s day, or if by chance there are any leftovers it’s even better the next day.
Precaution – When you preparing this oven-roasted sausages, potatoes, and peppers is Best to keep them windows closed. Or plan on making extra. Because if you happen to have your kitchen windows open the otherworldly smell will waft its way through your neighborhood causing your neighbors to wonder what you’re cooking and can they come for dinner?
The beauty of this recipe is in : Versatility – It’s easy to change the flavors by using different sausages, Oven does most of the work and meal that dirties only one pan !
I have been wanting to share this recipe for awhile now but just kept forgetting. Thought it was time to take a break from the desserts! Seems like my tastebuds went to sweet side during February and Valentine’s, so I wanted to change things up a bit. I mean, I am still going to eat them lol , but this
blog does need variety!
