Just take a minute to stare at the Chocolate creamy peanut butter crispy rice cereal Frozen Dessert Goodness from Gooseberry Patch magazine in the picture left. I love frozen desserts. Like… LOVE them. They are super easy, always yummy and you can’t beat a sweet, rich, frozen treat during the summer and this stuff is so utterly crazy addictive that I have actually sat here and struggled to find words to describe it.

A vegetarian lasagna? In my house? This was a bold move. There is ground rule in my house, they will try any meat and they will most likely like it. No, they are not against vegetarian dishes – but whenever I have brought up a vegetarian lasagna in the past I always got the same response, “Lasagna should have meat in it. Until now. Sorry folks. When I saw this recipe at Pinterest, I knew I had to make it. I LOVE cheese, pesto, spinach and mushrooms – so of course I should love it!

Over the past year or so, I’ve been finding out all sorts of Chinese recipes from Pinterest and other places on the internet, but I never found one that I thought stood its ground against the real deal. Finally, I think I’ve found the ONE. The sauce has the perfect texture and creaminess, and the broccoli – which needs to be cooked just right – is the perfect amount of crispness. Sounds pretty basic but this Chinese style stir-fry from World of Flavor tastes amazingly delicious!

Bacon and cheese makes everything better, and I could not think of anything better to go with bacon and cheese than an egg. So, what do you have when you combine bacon, egg, and cheese on a sandwich? You have a delicious breakfast grilled cheese sandwiches. Just imagine them being crisp, greasy, cheesy, and bacony. Mmmm… I might be out of control.
