I’m always looking for great recipes using ground beef. Dont get me wrong i like love hamburgers, tacos and chili, but there are only so many times left my kitchen, so new ground beef recipes are always welcome in my kitchen. Finding one that everyone likes is another story though. When I first saw the photo and recipe over at blog, Navy wife cook, I knew It is a keeper.
Apparently looks like the original recipe came from the “kitchen staff at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.” Thanks ladies – good stuff! To read that original article – go here.
