Holy moly!! Turkey burger !! On a bagel? I love the idea of serving the burger on a bagel although I think I’d be tempted to sneak in some extra cheese 😉

Ingredients
- 4 whole Everything Bagels
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces, weight Goat Cheese (chevre) Or Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoons Pesto (Basil Or Sun-dried Tomato – I used Pesto)
- 1 pounds Ground Turkey
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (more To Taste)
- Plenty Of Black Pepper
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 whole Egg Yolk (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
