What a wonderful Tuesday! I have about a million things spinning in my head, and first plan on my to-do list was to work on some blog updates. Nothing major, just some little tweaks and additions. Second, sharing some of Christmas related ideas. For me, Christmas is synonymous with decorating and entertaining, and when it comes to party food, I always like to present items that are easy to handle and easy to eat. Simple ingredients are also a plus. And food on a stick is just plain fun, am I right?
That’s why I am sharing these antipasto kabobs from the hungry house wife. They’re sure to please a crowd, are a cinch to skewer, and the flavors are usually a crowd favorite. You can always adjust the ingredients in quantity (or eliminate/add if desired).
