November is here!!! The leaves have changed color and sadly fallen to the ground, but I’m looking forward to all that is coming up next months : Thanksgiving, Christmas and my favorite New Year’s holiday. Why is that ? All week on the blog I’ll be doing a few special New Year’s related posts, starting out with why it’s my favorite holiday. But first thing first, look here it’s a thing. One Pot Cheesy Smoked Sausage & Pasta Skillet
This one pot meal is simple, fast, and super tasty! It’s perfect “comfort food” for a cool fall evening. There was a nice smokiness from the sausage. You could actually use smoked turkey sausage, but regular smoked sausage would be great too! It might be fun to change up the seasonings or add more… you could definitely have some fun with this recipe from Yellow bliss road
Mini Tortilla-Crust Pizzas from Cheeky Kitchen
(shhhhh – I was at work when I found the recipe)
Although, I am ready to commit one sin more each and every Saturday – I EAT PIZZA! I love it with gorgonzola cheese at lovely corner pizza slice shop…but is a whole different story…I would rather eat a piece of crunchy pizza in the morning with a crust as thin as a parchment instead another piece of bread (but that’s just my freaky idea). Check out Mini Tortilla Crust Pizzas from Cheeky kitchen as a guest post at Tablespoon. They are cute, they are super mini and the idea of baking them in Muffin Tin is incredibly clever.
Pepperoni String Cheese Roll Ups by Christy
At the end of last week I was browsing Pinterest ( Me on Pinterest – So Strange!) and I came across this amazing looking recipe on The Girl Who Ate Everything – The recipe was for Pepperoni Cheese Stick Roll Ups. This was the picture that caught my eye. I don’t know how you couldn’t feel a “connection” with these Pepperoni String Cheese Rollups. They’re almost like these Pizza Rolls or these Stuffed Pizza Rolls, but definitely the easiest of all of them. But they aren’t just for kids…I’m thinking Super Bowl grub for sure.
