The Super Bowl is an extremely exciting day for me. Annual football and food festival and a great time to give a new appetizer a whirl. I was instantly hungry when i came across kitchme recipe for these Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls. Whoever had the idea to roll cheese into a ball and serve it as a snack was sort of brilliant. Sold.
I have a ton of posts planned to write, but to be honest I just haven’t felt like it. Blogging is supposed to be fun, not work. So, I’ve taken a step back during past week. I’ve waited the right recipe to inspire me and then BOOM a chicken recipe from Food magazine hit me like a bomb. Are you ready for a chicken dinner recipe that will knock your socks off?

Sure you’ve got your wings and nachos, but if you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for some updated takes on the classics that won’t have you standing in the kitchen the whole night plus that’ll score you a few extra points with your guests.
What is your food kryptonite ? Mine is definitely french fries. I have an obsession with French fries. I love, love, love them, but i rarely order them as my accompanying side in restaurants because I will eat the entire serving, no matter how big it is. I simply can’t control myself! This world would be a better place if deep fried foods weren’t so calorific !!
How is it that men regress from nearly 35 to 3 as soon as the sniffles hit? So easy, right!? You just use Cream Cheese Danish… one of the 7 wonders of the world kitchen. And one of the beauties of making these fresh at home is getting them warm, right out of the oven! YUM! So good.
