I remember eating [too many] pickles as after school snacks when I was younger and I have never kicked that pickle eating habit. Plain, chopped, in dips, on sandwiches…pickles just make everything better. Ok, but fried pickles ?. Although it may sound like something you’d never touch, if you like pickles and you like things fried, you must give them a second thought.

Restaurant Style Salsa by Kim
Okay. Here’s the situation:
You know when you go to a Mexican restaurant and they give you one of those little bottles FULL of extra salsa? Y’all know the kind of salsa I’m talking about, right? The smooth kind. Those are my favorites. Because seriously, a little tiny bowl of salsa for a table full of people is just never going to be enough,it’s just not. There’s a lot of bad salsa out there, but this restaurant style salsa by Kim from Serving up Southern is one of my favorite recipes, though. Salsa…it just brings it out in me.
