Blueberry Lemon Cookies
I promise my next post will be much healthier, but in the meantime, have a cookie.I suppose these are really more like miniature cakes rather than cookies, but they are baked like a cookie and essentially can perhaps be best described as cake, muffin and cookie all rolled into one. I don’t know how you feel about Cracker Barrel restaurant, but around here, they are a whole big thing, and when I get a chance to eat at Cracker Barrel it’s always such a treat for me. Their menu has so many of my favorite country dishes that it’s really hard for me to decide on what to order. And every time we go, there is dessert a perfect square of Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake with a scoop of ice cream on top.
