These cakes aren’t for dessert.
You’ve probably heard of these zucchini “crab” cakes before, they are the non-fishy version of crab/salmon/tuna cakes. I’ve been seeing recipes for them for years, but as a fish cakes lover, i never really think about them. Until now. They are basically Shredded fresh zucchini, mixed with a breadcrumbs, lemon and Old Bay seasoning, pan fried in olive oil until they are golden brown. They were easy to whip up, and extra extra tasty!

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad
There is something about the words strawberry and cheesecake that just makes my day. I love anything that has to do with cheesecake. I mean who doesn’t? So imagine my delight when I was scrolling through Pinterest a couple of weeks ago and came across this little gem from Food Magazine. This is probably my favorite fruit & whipped cream type of salad right now. It’s delicious, easy to make and guaranteed to be a hit!
Parmesan Chicken Cutlets – Weight Watchers
Think juicy, moist, tender and incredibly tasty. I’ve been staring at my screen now for 10 minutes, all googly-eyed and unsure of what to say, Impressive and expeditious are two adjectives which come to mind when describing these crispy, tender chicken cutlets from Food Magazine . Don’t let the limited number of ingredients fool you, I know you’ll absolutely love this Crispy, pan-fried Parmesan chicken cutlets. Well, go ahead and slap me, I think I’m dreaming!
Best Lemon Sheet Cake
Lemon sheet cake is not a particularly impressive-looking cake, it’s just basic 9×13-inch cake. But it’s a cake for feeding a crowd and in my humble opinion, is the best lemon cake you will ever eat. I love the look and taste of the glaze and lemon sugar topping and it is something a little different than standard chocolate/vanilla frosted cake.
Hellmann’s Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
Some things just go together—peanut butter and jelly, cheese and crackers, chocolate and mayonnaise. Wait, what? You don’t yet know about how awesome chocolate mayonnaise cake is? If you’re not familiar with it, it’s a wonderfully moist chocolate cake that was created, according to food legend, by the wife of a Hellman’s mayonnaise salesman to help increase his sales. Although it may seem like an odd ingredient, the mayonnaise in this cake actually replaces the vegetable oil that’s typically called for.
