Mini Tortilla-Crust Pizzas from Cheeky Kitchen
(shhhhh – I was at work when I found the recipe)
Although, I am ready to commit one sin more each and every Saturday – I EAT PIZZA! I love it with gorgonzola cheese at lovely corner pizza slice shop…but is a whole different story…I would rather eat a piece of crunchy pizza in the morning with a crust as thin as a parchment instead another piece of bread (but that’s just my freaky idea). Check out Mini Tortilla Crust Pizzas from Cheeky kitchen as a guest post at Tablespoon. They are cute, they are super mini and the idea of baking them in Muffin Tin is incredibly clever.
Pepperoni String Cheese Roll Ups by Christy
At the end of last week I was browsing Pinterest ( Me on Pinterest – So Strange!) and I came across this amazing looking recipe on The Girl Who Ate Everything – The recipe was for Pepperoni Cheese Stick Roll Ups. This was the picture that caught my eye. I don’t know how you couldn’t feel a “connection” with these Pepperoni String Cheese Rollups. They’re almost like these Pizza Rolls or these Stuffed Pizza Rolls, but definitely the easiest of all of them. But they aren’t just for kids…I’m thinking Super Bowl grub for sure.
Lasagna dip by Kevin Lynch
I know. You don’t have to tell me, Layers of tomato sauce sandwiched between melted mozzarella and ricotta cheese make this Lasagna Dip totally irresistible! As you may know, there are countless reasons why I love dips. Sweet, savory, hot and bubbly – love ‘em all! But not just because they taste good. I mean of course because they taste good, but I love them a tad bit more because they are so convenient. So please stop reading this and hop to recipe until is hot !!
