I think everyone should have chocolate on hand all day EVERY day 365 days a year! I remember that my mom used to make me Chocolate Sandwiches in elementary school, such a great TREAT , much better than peanut butter. So she stopped making it when she realized that I am just as obsessed with it ! Years Passed, but i’m still chocolate sandwiches kinda addict. Nope, It is not just Chocolate Sandwich ! I meant a grilled chocolate sandwich. It is as rich and delicious as it sounds, I promise!

Just take a minute to stare at the Chocolate creamy peanut butter crispy rice cereal Frozen Dessert Goodness from Gooseberry Patch magazine in the picture left. I love frozen desserts. Like… LOVE them. They are super easy, always yummy and you can’t beat a sweet, rich, frozen treat during the summer and this stuff is so utterly crazy addictive that I have actually sat here and struggled to find words to describe it.

Spinach, Mushroom and Pesto Lasagna

A vegetarian lasagna? In my house? This was a bold move. There is ground rule in my house, they will try any meat and they will most likely like it. No, they are not against vegetarian dishes – but whenever I have brought up a vegetarian lasagna in the past I always got the same response, “Lasagna should have meat in it. Until now. Sorry folks. When I saw this recipe at Pinterest, I knew I had to make it. I LOVE cheese, pesto, spinach and mushrooms – so of course I should love it!
